terapia de Pareja es una forma de intervenci\u00f3n psicoterap\u00e9utica que centra su atenci\u00f3n en la relaci\u00f3n de pareja.<\/p><p>El objetivo de esta terapia es para restaurar y enriquecer los aspectos que forman parte de la relaci\u00f3n de pareja que son, en mayor o menor medida, el deterioro.<\/p><p>La convivencia de una pareja es un proceso complejo y puede producir un desgaste y deterioro, como resultado, no s\u00f3lo de la propia vida, sino tambi\u00e9n porque de todos los cambios, tanto personales como externos, que se producen en la vida de cualquier pareja. Este proceso de desgaste en la vida de la pareja es lento, y es por esta raz\u00f3n que las parejas no solicitar ayuda de inmediato. Antes, la pareja intenta, en diversas formas, resolver por s\u00ed mismos los conflictos y desacuerdos. En algunos casos, la pareja se las arregla para resolver el problema, mejorar la relaci\u00f3n. En otras ocasiones, sin embargo, el paso del tiempo y de la falta de soluciones reales a los problemas de la pareja, que causan malestar y la insatisfacci\u00f3n cada vez m\u00e1s una terapia de pareja es la formada por el entrenamiento en habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos, para aumentar el intercambio de conductas positivas y a introducir cambios
